Corellian Customs Leader Blade is in orbit of Corellia waiting to speak with YOU, if you plan to:
*Enter Corellian Space
*Leave Corellian Space
*Land on Corellia
*Take off from Corellia

Blade is in orbit of Corellia along with 50 SoroSuub Traffic Controller Droids. The Traffic Controller Droids will guide you to your specific Destination on Corellia, but only if Blade says so. The Droids will also scan your ship, so even if you don't meet with Blade, and land on Corellia, the Traffic Controller Droids will scan your ship, and tell Blade exactly where it is you landed. He'll come after you. If you leave Corellia without telling him, the traffic controller droids will scan your ship, and Blade will never let your ship enter Corellian Space again. He'll find out who the owner is, and never let the owner into Corellian Space again.
So if you want continued access to Corellia, meet with Blade before landing on Corellia, and before taking off from Corellia.
